The design regulations for self-propelled mobile machinery in the EU are being harmonized. With REGULATION (EU) 2025/14, published in January 2025, a unified framework for the type approval and market surveillance of non-road mobile machinery operating on public roads has been established for the first time.
🔹 This regulation applies to self-propelled machinery designed for work purposes that occasionally or regularly operates on public roads.

✅ Vehicle structure & stability
✅ Braking & steering systems
✅ Lighting & visibility conditions
✅ Heating, defrosting & demisting systems
✅ Safety & warning devices
✅ Tires, mass & dimensions
