📍 Visit to GIROTEC BV – Pioneers in Safety Testing
Today, our Managing Director, Stefano Mastrogiovanni, visited GIROTEC BV in Nederweert, the Netherlands. Led by Giel Simons and Rob Engelen, GIROTEC operates a state-of-the-art testing facility specializing in seat belt anchorage tests, including ISOFIX anchorage systems.
GIROTEC’s capabilities cover key standards such as UN ECE Regulation no. 14, FMVSS210, GB14167 complemented by their expertise in technical documentation and coordination with Technical Services. Their efficient and flexible approach to testing, supported by a well-equipped prototyping workshop, makes them a unique partner in the Netherlands for the automotive and homologation sectors.
Although ALEE does not yet include these tests within our current scope, our visit to GIROTEC underscores our commitment to expanding our expertise and partnerships within the industry. Collaboration with innovative labs like GIROTEC is essential to achieving the highest standards in safety and homologation.
