Last week, part of the ALEE team came together for a working session at ALVEA in Gilching.
Stefano Mastrogiovanni, Martin Kühnlein, Karim Kortländer and Qijun Zhang used the day for technical discussions, project coordination and the further development of our internal processes.
ALEE is designated by the German type approval authority (KBA) as a Technical Service for the testing of vehicles, systems and components within type approval procedures.
With an expanding scope, increasingly complex homologation projects and a growing network of partner laboratories, close coordination within the team is essential. This includes the consistent application of test procedures, technical review, quality processes and the preparation of current and upcoming approval projects.
Not every important step happens at a test bench or during an assessment. A large part of reliable Technical Service work is based on structured exchange, a common understanding and close cooperation within the team.
