This week, Stefano Mastrogiovanni visited our partner laboratory fka GmbH to initiate the first preparations for brake testing in accordance with UN ECE Regulation No. 78.
The activities focused on the XYTE ONE, an innovative vehicle developed by XYTE mobility GmbH. Designed specifically for urban environments, the vehicle combines the agility of a two-wheeler with enhanced safety features typically associated with passenger cars—addressing the growing demand for efficient, compact, and safe individual mobility solutions.
With a top speed of 114 km/h, a range of over 100 km (WMTC), and strong acceleration (0–50 km/h in 2.7 seconds), the XYTE ONE represents a new approach to city mobility—focused on reducing footprint while maintaining performance and safety.
Strong collaboration between the Technical Service and its partner laboratories is key to ensuring efficient and compliant homologation processes. By combining expertise and infrastructure, we create the basis for reliable and high-quality testing results.
