🚗 Visit at KÜS in Losheim
Yesterday, Stefano Mastrogiovanni, our Managing Director and Head of the Technical Service for vehicle type approval, designated by the German Type-Approval Authority Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA), participated in the KBA’s Working Group (AK-T) at KÜS Technik GmbH in Losheim. Many thanks to KÜS for providing the facilities – a perfect environment for productive discussions and experience exchange.
The meeting brought together the heads from other KBA-designated Technical Services, fostering an open exchange of expertise. The focus was on combining the KBA’s key ideas with practical suggestions from participants to update the competence requirements for Authorized Signatories for Whole Vehicles (USB-G). The goal is a modern, practical, and future-oriented curriculum that reflects current training conditions.
Stefano values the collaborative dialogue with all participants and looks forward to continuing close cooperation with the KBA and fellow Technical Services to advance training standards.
