About two months ago, ALEE was proudly designated by the German Type Approval Authority Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) as a Technical Service for whole vehicle type approval of category L vehicles under Regulation (EU) 168/2013.
This includes:
✅ L1e – light two-wheeled vehicles (L1e-A bicycle with drive system, L1e-B mopeds)
✅ L2e – three-wheeled mopeds (L2e-P for passengers, L2e-U for goods transport)
✅ L3e – two-wheeled motorcycles (A1 low power, A2 medium power, A3 high power)
✅ L4e – motorcycles with sidecar
✅ L5e – three-wheeled motor vehicles (L5e-A for passengers, L5e-B for goods transport)
✅ L6e – light four-wheeled vehicles
✅ L7e – heavy four-wheeled vehicles

This designation reinforces our role as a trusted partner in the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) industry, enabling us to support manufacturers of two- and three-wheeled vehicles more comprehensively.
