🚗🔋 Batteries at Their Best – Fire Resistance Testing Done Right!
Batteries are the heart of electric vehicles. At ALEE, we ensure they’re safe and reliable – even under extreme conditions!
As a Technical Service designated by the German type-approval authority Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA), ALEE conducts type-approval tests for batteries (REESS – Rechargeable Energy Storage Systems) in compliance with UN ECE Regulation No. 100. While we partner with industry leaders like the Emitech Group for a wide range of tests, we also work with specialized facilities to conduct fire resistance tests. This ensures a comprehensive type-approval process for your batteries.
A key part of these tests is the fire resistance test:
🔥 Objective: Demonstrating that batteries containing flammable electrolytes can withstand extreme conditions.
📌 Test Options: Conducted either as a vehicle-level test or a component-level test, based on the regulation’s detailed procedures.
✔️ Requirement: No signs of explosion during the test – safety is our top priority!
Why Partner with ALEE?
– Comprehensive Expertise: Full support for your type-approval process.
– Seamless Collaboration: Access to a network of top-tier testing facilities, including EMITECH Group and specialized labs for fire resistance.
– Efficient Testing: Reliable, fast, and precise procedures tailored to your needs.
