This summer, we had the pleasure of supporting Jan Brekelsmans from akquitec GmbH, a leading B2B provider of vehicle modification technologies for enhanced accessibility, in conducting a training session. Akquitec led an intensive training for Welzorg Nederland employees in ’s-Hertogenbosch, focusing on the key aspects of steering system modifications for accessible vehicle conversions.
The training emphasized the challenges posed by driver assistance systems in modern and future vehicles, with particular attention to the critical role of the numerous sensors required for data collection in the context of autonomous driving.
For Welzorg, renowned for its expertise in vehicle adaptations to improve accessibility, understanding these emerging technologies and their interactions is crucial for consistently delivering tailored conversion solutions to their clients.
Stefano Mastrogiovanni, our Managing Director, oversaw the session, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations governing vehicle modifications. We are also proud to announce that our training sessions on approval-related requirements have now been officially authorized by the KBA (Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt).
Looking ahead, ALEE is excited to announce that it will soon be offering Homologation Training Sessions to further support its partners in the industry. Stay tuned for more details, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re interested in learning more or participating in our upcoming sessions!
A heartfelt thank you to Jan Brekelsmans and the entire Welzorg team for their outstanding collaboration!
